Trump announces Golden Dome, Missile Defense System

President Donald Trump just announced that the "GOLDEN DOME" missile defense system will be active in as little as 3-years.

The Golden Dome, a $175 billion dollar investment, will be capable of intercepting missiles launched from the other side of the world, and even if they're launched from space.

Trump stated that U.S. Space Force General Michael Guetlein would be the lead program manager on the project.

Additionally, the state of the art system will be capable of shooting down ballistic missiles, advanced cruise missiles, and even hypersonic missiles as well.

He also stated that Canada inquired about being apart of the new weapons system, and that he would be glad to help our neighbors up north.
